Hi everbody, this is my first time posting on these forums as I generally just used the site for the viewing of stats only, however I get the idea that someone here might be able to help me with a stats reset that I just received, which I didnt deserve.

Basically what has happened, is that over a year and a half ago, I engaged in activity which would be considered stat padding - leading me to get a favourite victim with 60 kills in a row. That was when I had a global score of about 20,000. I stopped engaging in that activity, yet over a year later, once my global score had reached close to 200,000 - I had my stats reset for the previous stat padding which I had done. This fact I accepted, I had stat padded, and there was no way for EA to tell how much I had done it, just that I had done it at some point. I deserved to have my stats reset for the padding, yet at the time I just wished they had reset me when I had done it, not after I had earned all those points after it in a legit manner.

So after that I kept playing on the same account, built it up from 0 points again, and got some pretty decent stats that I would have liked to have kept, completely legit, and nothing that would look suss at all (global score was about 80,000). The only problem being, that there is a problem with the EA stats software somewhere that kept my favourite victim, with the 60 kills in a row, even though that player had not even played the game for months before my stats were reset the first time. Basically my stats kept my favourite victim and favourite enemy list, while resetting everything else. In the recent round of stat resets, my account would have come up because of my high amount of kills onto the one person, even though since the first reset this had not actually happened.

So now I am back to 0 points again, because of an error with the stats system rather than by my own fault (unless you count stat padding over a year and a half ago, which I had already copped a 200,000 point reset for). If anyone knows anything about how to rectify this situation, or knows anyone who can, please let me know. Also, my BF2 account was not made with a valid email address (not sure why I did this =/ ) so I didnt get an email from EA which I could reply to or anything along those lines.

Just for claryfication, here are my current stats -

http://www.bf2s.com/player/45157900/

Notice that I already have a favourtie victim of 60 kills.

Here is a link to that player's stats -

http://www.bf2s.com/player/46593391/

Notice the " Last Battle On  2005-11-13 11:54:00 "

I'm sure I am not the only player who has suffered because of this error, and I dont think that I should be punished for something that I did almost 2 years ago, especially after I already copped a 200,000 point reset about 6 months ago.

Please help if you can

RE: Thread title: Nothing .

From my experience, EA keep resetting accounts that have already been reset. So your best bet is to make a new account (don't continue with that one) and start again

Pity though, Pen-Hat is a BF2 Australian house hold name.  Apart from contacting EA (in which you have a >1% chance of receiving a reply that doesn't come from a machine) I guess as Silver said, start a new account and get the ownage going again.

GL with it mate.
