I have bf2 with bf2sf. i tried to play lastnight but neither would connect to the server i just figured that the server was down. i just tried it again with no and it didnt work. i dont get any error message it just sits there (about 10 mins). i reinstalled patch 1.12 and that didnt work.
check your firewall. all the tcp port settings are in the book.
what error do u get? is it when u try to login to the game or when u try to join a server?

oh yea i dissabled the firewall and i didnt work. it just sits there saying "connecting to server" the screen you get right after you login. i let it sit for 10 mins and didnt get an error message the only way to get out of it is to ctrl-alt-del
