Pain to see that countdown

and when will you install it when we are able to?
(After waking up, at work/school, while you are away or sit and wait infront on the computer for the install button to show up )

While at school here Get home to an installed NS and play a bit

I purchased last night and then it said "downloading" for awhile, but I can't see what you posted above. I have nothing in EA Link even though I DLed the other two expansions for BF2 way back when. EA Link has been messed up for me so I reinstalled and it shows the games I've purchased when I click on my profile and look on the net. But in the EA Link part, it only shows the "do you have a preload code" box. Weird.

Do you receive the DL code in an email or what? I didn't see anything like that in my purchase confirmation. I'll check at home on lunch, maybe it'll be there.

You dont get an download code if you purchased it on EA Link or the EA's site. And you will get an email with the details for that purchase.. Thats what I got.

I purchase & downloaded it. On my EA Link screen, it says "Ready To Play." Problem is that when I put a Northern Strike map on my server & go in it, I get kicked with the message "server doesnt allow players with modified content. Please revert back to original, etc.... WTF?!?!?

BF2142 isn't a big bugfest, fact is the patch hasn't messed up the game as the patch to BF2. I never had a problem with lag so much.

I was a firm believer that 2142 was a separate game until I started modding it.

Its almost a carbon copy of BF2. Cheap bastards use 5 sounds for all the weapon sounds, vehicle sounds, and ambient noise. Its fucking lame.

I don't know but I do belive I hear more than 5 sounds in the friking game. Yes its built on the same engine but that's all, everything else was recreated, they didn't re use any soldiers, skins, or maps.
