Wouldnt the XM109 be a nice upgrade for the AT???
Being able to switch between .50 AP ammo and 25mm AT, 2km range(scaled down for the game)

What do ya'll think?

That would be a pretty sick upgrade.  Although it would allow AT the ability to just whore infantry from long range....but who the fuck am i kidding i would love it

go to www.bf1942files.com and dowload the mod on the front page, with the picture of the TV missle screen, u can use the M82A3 in it (Semi Auto .50 weapon)

interesting idea a choice to kill light armor and helos. It might take more than one or two 10rd magazines to destroy an APC if you compare it to the high velocity guns used on the APCs themselves and consider how slowly they kill other APCs.

I don't think this would be good v infantry because the setup time, recoil, recovery and load times would limit its use. The accuracy can't be anything close to a sniper rifle.
