I was gunner in a chopper. The pilot flew to the edge of out of bounds and sat there while I died and he lived. There should be a penalty for the pilot (worse than in game death) I think this very slimy and should be addressed in any future patches. (if there are any) This happened to me last night and I'm still ticked.

once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
This has been discussed several times. Anyway, several servers has this as a permanent ban. Personally I just throw C4 on the chopper and if tries to do it I jump out and push the little red button. I usually wait about a full minute, you know, just when he's trying to have a solo duel with another chopper. That always makes my day.

This thread just will not work. It's an old tactic to tk your gunner so you can solo or go pick up your buddy. Write his name down, find him, get revenge. That's really all there is to say.
