This is probaly a stupid question but in the bf2s stats section what does the little grey bar under some of your badges mean?
it means that you have completed the global requirements for it. you just need to do the IAR tasks and you will earn it
that you got the time, kills, deaths etc. to get that badge, and you just have to get the IAR stuff...
