About the eagle facing the wrong side to be the Iraqi coat of arms:
Did you know that the Stars & Stripes flag on US uniforms always have the stars part facing in the direction the soldier is looking?
Some "flag flying in the wind while the soldier storms at the enemy" thing...

The Iraqi coat of arms eagle probably always looks into the same direction, namely to the front of the car, i.e. in the enemy's direction.

BTW, Egypt has the same facing eagle in it's coat of arms, while Syria has the eagle facing to the right.

But it's quite obviously supposed to be an eagle of a Middle Eastern country and has nothing to do with Nazi's and other countries eagles.

yeah I agree its not presenting just the Nazi movement but its mostly well known for a Nazi movement people have a perception whenever they see a swastika to associate it with the Nazis, since mostly Nazi Germans used it
