About the eagle facing the wrong side to be the Iraqi coat of arms:
Did you know that the Stars & Stripes flag on US uniforms always have the stars part facing in the direction the soldier is looking?
Some "flag flying in the wind while the soldier storms at the enemy" thing...
Found that here:

The Iraqi coat of arms eagle probably always looks into the same direction, namely to the front of the car, i.e. in the enemy's direction.
Yeah, yeah, soldiers die proudly everywhere on the planet.
Or:
They used the same texture, just mirrored and you'll find the correct Iraqi coat of arms eagle on the other side of the car.
Edit:
BTW, Egypt has the same facing eagle in it's coat of arms, while Syria has the eagle facing to the right.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraqhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Egypthttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SyriaBut it's quite obviously supposed to be an eagle of a Middle Eastern country and has nothing to do with Nazi's and other countries eagles.
That one picture posted before with the Iranian ruins backs that up.
