I've only recently discovered how great Top Gear is after someone showed me the entire American road trip episode.  I'd always dismissed it in the past as I'm not in to cars but the show is hilarious.  Luckily UK G2 seems to have almost constant repeats of it

I can't even answer question 1 so I'm not going to attempt the rest!
