Wow thats just hilarious. Someone screwed him over bigtime with that hack. So much for foolproof PB screen blockers xD Unless this was his desktop. Punkbuster has a retarded tendency to take screenshots of your desktop of you minimize your game. This might have been his desktop instead of his game.

Or it is as simple as this. The site are having problems showing the pictures and the starwars picture is some kind of default. I tried to click on the "Teview thread" but the link was broken. I think the site is having some kind of trouble.
