Just finished playing some poker(online) but I noticed some guy called mikka at the high limit table. He was playing 15 tables at the same time. Think he is using bots?

There was a video of some guy that played online poker.. He won a lot of games online in a Tourney that he got invited to an actual poker game were he won..

15 is a lot by most people's standards, but it's perfectly within the rules of poker sites. Be assured that the reason he plays 15 tables at once is because if it isn't AA or KK in the hole, he's folding without even thinking about it. 15 tables lets you be extremely selective about what hands you play without sitting around for hours on end and finally getting bored and trying to win a hand with KJ or some such shit.
