Can't break the 3.33ghz barrier on this baby but its still good.

1.52 volts
ram is at 2.2 volts

I wish I could tighten the ram a little bit more.

air cooling, I'm using a gigabyte cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6835128009

I added a 40mm fan right next to the NB heat sink, tilted so it will also cool RAM sticks.  I also have a 120mm fan as a exhaust.

I rate that as fairly impressive-very impressive

I could never get my friends E63 past 2.9, so many things went wrong.

Damn, I'm using http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a … 6835118019 and when I trun my voltage up that high I start creeping into the mid to high 50's c and I'm on a 680i chipset now.
Here is my specs Intel Core 2 Duo x6800 Extreme Edition
BFG 8800 GTX |4 GB DDR2 800 | BFG 680i Mobo
1.3 TB WD Dual Raptors 10k RPM Raid 0 150x2
Internal HD 2 Western Digital 500GB+Lacie 500 GB EXT HD

I wonder why I'm running so high.

Is it on the same board as mine?  GA-965P-DS3

You need to cool the NB heat sink, cause if you don't you will hit a FSB wall will fast.  Put a fan above the heat sink, I jerry rigged mine like this:

The NB got so hot before I placed the fan on it, I could grill a piece of meat on it, literally.

That is a good HSF, try running Intel TAT, to see your exact temp threshold.

Yea I have a feeling this ghetto paste I'm using has allot to do with it. Local PC shop doesn't have the good stuff in stock right now. My next decent online parts purchase i will throw some of that in there also.

1.52V for a 6300! That's a lot! I get 3.5GHz from 1.4ishV.

all chips are different, mine can't do 3.5 @ 1.4volts, you're pretty lucky.  I can 3.5 ghz but with higher volts.
