Well. The title explaines everything. For around a year now ive been pondering, asking, attempting to make a website that people will like. Im so determined to own a thriving community that i will learn whatever code it takes. But i just need ideas.

I don't want to make a porn site.

People have used up all the good ideas, like gaming, porn, and video hosting.

Does anyone either have an idea they want to see turned into a website? Or you have an idea but dont know/want to build a site and we could do something together???

Write a webcomic.
It's odd though, generaly people have an idea that they want to broadcast and then they decide that a website is the best medium. Good luck anyways.

Why not both, start off with your own and accept submissions from other people from there on. Your comic inspires them to do theirs, you get site content from them, presto, one happy comic drawing community

1 problem.
Ive never tried making a comic so... I dont know if it would look good. At all...
Any other ideas?

Dude, you don't need to be good to write a comic strip. Look at me for christs sake, and I'm published!
Another example is Peter Bromhead. He's been a successful cartoonist for ages and he cannot draw.
Your idea of having a collection of emerging cartonists is a good idea. Just say you'll accept anyone as long as they're funny and you should get a good collection.
