Whenever I try to log in it takes about 5 minutes. (literally) and sometimes my colors are screwed up and the grapics dont show up the right way. Any idea why?
your colors are usually screwed when you minimise BF2 whilst you are starting it. (dont ask why)
One way of speeding up the logging in process, is to delete the Battlefield 2 folder, (in My Documents)
Restart the game, retrieve account.... and it should be then really quick.

Your long login is most likely due to an accumulation of "favorite" sites in your BFHQ Headquarters. Next time you launch BF2s, go in there and manually delete the entries one by one. You will then see your login times reduce to mere seconds.albino cookie wrote:

hey orange, does that actually work...
I go to favorites and start deleting them
, but they just keep coming and servers
ive never even heard of too. It's weird,
Ive never once added a favorite server,
yet i have like 400

Yeah - thats because any server you play on is put into the "favourites list", as history. I bet they all appear in white text. Any "green text servers" are actual favourites.
And if you really have 400servers in that list....im surprised you can log in at all
In BF2, you are gona have to delete them all manually. Check out the guide on wiki and you can delete them all in 1 go

Yes ... it absolutely works ... and these things accumulate like flies on crap. It is a royal pain to go in there and delete them one by one, but the results are tremendous!Shiffdaddy wrote:
