It says:

Screwless installation for 5.25", 3.5" and pci devices

A video card is a PCI device, and an 8800 is 10.98"

I dunno if that is right, but I don't think it will even fit one.
Also found this.

Quote from the comments:

Other Thoughts: To add to the design and appearance praises... ***The tool-free expansion card slots are as stout as a gorilla even while holding 2 EVGA GeForce 8800GTX KO's (lenght 10.5in)in SLI and the case keeps their temps down to a minimum.*** I'd recommend this case to any gamer/overclocker! Thx NewEgg For this great case!
So they should fit in it

theres no point getting 2 8800gtx with that kind of processor. Go for a e6600 atleast to get at least most of the cards potential.

Only keeping that CPU for a lil while, either switiching to the new penryn (orwhatever there called) which I hear fit current mobo's, or buying a quad core once the price has dropped to around the £300 mark.

Thanks for the help guys karma for ur trouble

The 5.25" and 3.5" refers to the height of the card. 3.5" is the maximum card height for rack type server boxes. 5.25" is the height of the slots in any normal PC case.

To answer the question. Yes it will fit two 8800s.
