Right my printers jammed and i can't get the paper out.

I've gone through the help section and it has a catagory on jams,only it's how to prevent them.

I need to get the paper out without breaking the printer,please help.

It's a HP C3100 series.

Right...as above - "pics would be nice".

However, if you can, somehow open the back! HP allows for this on most printers...
If that can happen, do so and just pull the paper out. Otherwise, you, my friend, are stuffed!

Thanks,i tried pulling it from the top and it wouldn't work.

I had another go but from the bottom and it worked.

Mods can close this now.
