Did a search and didnt find anything, dont know how many of you have seen something like this but this is the first Ive really heard of it so thought Id share.

This specific company Emotiv is developing this technology based on three years of research and looks to apply it to the gaming world first. You use your thoughts to affect your game, not even consciously but passively. It knows when youre happy or pissed and your game character will reflect that, crazy. I heard one of their reps who used to work for Lucas and EA talk about it for a while, its not up to full potential yet but so far he said you can influence the facial expressions based on how youre feeling, can recognize twelve cognitive acts up to three at a time including push, pull, and rotate actions, and something else I forget. Seems it will work for PC as well as console too.

Will we know whos having a bad round of BF2 cause they looked pissed? How about hearing a guy laughing cause he cant contain his excitement at knifing you. The future looks crazy.

have a look through their stuff - http://www.emotiv.com/index.html

Yeah, I think it will open up a new area of game play where you have to control yourself in the real world so it doesnt affect you in game, something weird like your player yells and jumps up and down throwing a tantrum when youre mad, or your player cries when youre whining.
