THere was a report on the program Watchdog last night which had people rating their ISP's. In the survey, out of the "Big Guns" of the ISP world, BT came top for best performer.
I was/currently with Bulldog. Was/Currently you ask? Well yeah, I was with them untill I sent them an email to tell them to shove their broadband up their asses (well not in such words) because their customer service is teh worst I have ever had. Takes an average of 6 * 15min phone calls just to actually get anywhere with any issues I had, so I decided to cancel my contract. Emailed them about a month ago to tell them to cancel my contract, then about 4 weeks later I finally get a response telling me that my service would end on the 17th march. But the date is now the 23rd and I still have my service!!
typical Bulldog, cant even cancel a service properly!! I am now hoping that they think they have cancelled it, but havent and I will have free broadband for the rest of my time!
