I got 17 repair pts in a round and my teammate got 20 in a round on warlord.  Some guy kept blowing up the UAV and Satelitte for us to repair.  He was taunting us about it.  I told him to keep blowing it up.  It takes dedication on both the enemy and your part to get it.

20 Heal points is fairly easy in Jalahabad Infantry Only and probably Karkand Infantry Only.
