Do you have Vista installed? I'd keep IE just in case, but the Windows Update program is its own program. It might run off of the IE7 software though so keep it in case.

i no that. just i dont use and i have a trojan and i dont want IE comming up each dam time
I don't really know what to make of that. If you install a new OS and get the updates that trojan will be gone. It is better than living with it I assure you.killinzero1 wrote:
