Device to change your voice to a female on the phone?

There would be some program out there that you could use to alter sound, if you've got a microphone, then I guess you could get it to play back through your output, and send it through skype, or a speaker, but a speaker will sound odd.

shit talker has a lot of possibilities, although you type and it says it for you. not bad for a free program, but a lot of it still sounds "automated."

Some random guy in my year at school seems to make up the fact that he has a girlfriend.... and nobody has ever heard or seen of them xD he also gets random girls adresses off of websites and asks them to get their boobs out on cam....

So..... for the laugh me and my mate went on webcam to him... but the webcam was facing below my head so he didn't know who it was, yeah i got my sisters bra on ( with approval from her!! ) and i stripped down to that, i started to take the bra off, then suddenly me and my friend jumped in the picture and started shoutin down teh microphone " PEDO! PEDO! " aww good times... anyway he went offline and hasn't talked to me since

With skype you can call land lines and mobiles pretty cheap, its like 5 cents an hour, lol.

its been a while since i had it on my computer but i think you would just use a regular phone and play it off your computer through the speakers.

so i guess the answer is yes.
