where do i report them and is this evidence good enough?

and oh yea if you look at zimbawe's kills, he has 41, and now notice how sneakyrat has 82 score, dont u get 2 points for revivin someone, well if u take 41x2 u get 82 which is sneakreat's score.
I didn't stay in the server the whole time i left maybe around mid way but i know for fact he was a paddin son of a gun.
now to me i think this would be quite impossible to do without stat padding, becuz how could u c4 a guy over and over again, i think that would be pretty damn hard and notice how the guy only has 2 deaths that he is killin, and look how the top guy on the victims team has over 80 teamwork, that guy must have kept revivin him after the one guy killed him with c4.
also look who zimbawe's favorite victim is http://bf2s.com/player/47806564/, the guy he was killin over and over with c4. he stat padded to get his expert explosive ordinance badge. o and even more proof this happened yesterday, the 1/11/2006, and look when he got the expert explosive ordinance badge.
also look at teccan9n3's more enemies list, zimbawe killed him 69 times. http://bf2s.com/player/57808775/
