Lower sens, you get better aiming over longer distance and a more steady feel. If you change your mouse from 1.0 to 0.4 of course it will feel sluggish, but play with it for an hour or so and you will see your aim improving.
Playing the better teams in proper matches (as opposed to pubbing) you will find that you wont have as many CQC battles as you do the longer 20-50m inf battles.
In close quarters its the same, as long as you are used to the lower sens, don't expect to change the sens lower and get used to it right away, give it an hour.
Mines at 0.4 @ 600 DPi. Lower the better.
