anyone have a perment converter, i have divx now, but i would like to put clerks 2 onto my zune if anyone has a program that has that, and would be willing to send it to me, i would be very greatful
Get a better player. Anything that won't run universal formats is just expensive junk.
And your player can run DivX?
My state was founded by Batman. Your opinion is invalid.
yea i use windows media player 11, but i wanna get clerks 2 (avi format) into mp3 or somthing that windows media layer can run, cuz i wanna watch clerks 2 and the rise of taj in school
lol, MP3 is audio, AVI is a general term for things coded in DivX, XviD, etc. Don't have a converter off the top of my head though, sorry.
damn, i rly dont know much about this but i wanna do somthing else then jsut chill and listen to music
Why would you make fun of him for not knowing exactly what the MP3 format is, then make a terrible guess at what AVI is, showing that you obviously don't know it?Hurricane wrote:

No, but that's because it's a tiny cheap Flash player. I tried a harddrive one for about a year, but gave up on them after it broke just after the warranty expired and went back to the cheap tiny ones. I don't NEED something that plays videos, I just need it to play music and block out reality.Cheez wrote:

Maybe this will help: http://www.zune.net/en-us/support/howto … m#section2Tushers wrote:

Lolz Zune DRM.
I don't know much about the Zune software, but is it possible that it itself has a converter? Converting something to WMV is going to be very hard to find seeing as how WMV/A is a Microsoft proprietary, you'd be better to look for an MPEG or H.264 converter.
NO* portable player can play DivX. Most computers don't because they haven't downloaded the damn codec either. What he is talking about is a DivX encoding in an AVI container. This hasn't got shit to do with DRM, or limited codec support.
So again I'll ask, Can your player run that?
* There's probably something rare as rocking-horse shit.
