Burning CDs and DVDs in Vista??

Hey there.

Hopefully you can solve this problem for me.

I just installed Windows Vista, but I'm having troubles finding a software that is compatible.
I tried Nero, and get a error message.
Any vista compatible burning programs out there?

You shouldnt get an error message with nero... works perfectly for me

Try compatiblity mode.

Have uninstalled nero 7, will try with nero 6 instead, read somewhere it might work.

Pentium 4 3,00 ghz
2048 MB RAM
Geforce 7600GS AGP 256MB
Over 130 GB free space left

Can't remember the error, I just uninstalled nero after the error message.

put a search into google for "alex feinman" he has released a dvd/cd burner for vista, its barebones but its useful.

D'u have up-to-date Vista drivers for all the components in the system? or is some of it running off whatever basic level of support vista provides?

Did the Nero error happen during install? when you ran it for first time? whilst burning? other?

Not bad, the program is called ISO Recorder v3 and gets the job done for me.
