Your memory is too expensive, you can get 2GB DDR2-800 for less than 190$, I guess.
Also, your 700W PSU is sort of an overkill to your system.

So save on these two, and get a better mainboard with Some P965 chipset, either the ASUS P5B-E Plus or the Gigabyte DS3P - or the MSI P965 Platinum, if you don't plan to overclock.

edit: 945 chpiset works with core2 duo.

Still, forget that mainboard. Get a P965 chipset and save on that freaking PSU and your RAM, it's really no use - 500W and DDR2-800 will do very well for you.

Oh and yes, wireless devices (especially if they're from microsoft) don't go along with proper gaming.

I dont think I can find rams more cheap, I have already bought these too. maybe that psu can be useful when I buy a second hdd to make raid 0 or a second dwd writer.

I concur - drop that wireless mouse setup and get something from Logitech. The MX5x series of mice will serve you VERY well. Wireless mice dont work with gaming (and there is NOTHING worse than running out battery power @ midnight and every store is closed)

Drop that video card and either get a 8800GXT or dual 7950s (that said, also drop the 700W PSU and get either a 550W PSU or a 620W PSU).
