That's neat. I saw this on the news feed but did not realize it said Dalian. I see that Intel will only make the older 90 nm technology and not the new 65 nm stuff. Most new construction wants to make cutting edge stuff not older generation stuff. Is that what the map battle is all about? Maybe the flags should be switched to Intel.
