So..after about a year, I finally got this ribbon on the TomClancySyndicate server on Iron Gator. I forgot what I had to have but I was having fun and all of the sudden... You have been reccomended for an award. But I still don't know what I did. i was a gunner with a very good pilot but that doesnt matter anymore
