Actually, the G36E and G36C do not look exactly the same. EA/DICE probably didn't want to have to make another model for the G36 family, though.RD_The_Dog wrote:

Carbines are also less acurate due to the shorter barrel. Long barrel = more accuracy

Also, while you are right in saying that carbines have shorter barrels, they use the same rounds as their assault rifle counterparts (i.e. the M4 uses M16 ammo, and vice versa)
