Ok I know this is the most disgusting excuse of a sport, but it is something I'm good at..
I need tips in order to get my stomach streched, right now I can do about 20 Hot Dogs in under 15 mins(I feel like utter shit for half a day after but hey there's money involved with this) that's also without the weating technic. Haven't tried grill cheese yet, when I sit down to really eat I weigh myself before and after, and can usually put between 9 to 11 pounds of food in my stomach, if I make that much.
So does anyone have any not going to kill me tips to help me win back the nathans challenge?
