No. Unless you're looking for nostalgia from the old DC, There's really not much reason to DL it. It has mostly unchanged weapons, and few new vehicles (And not many of them are very interesting)

Yes. If you like infantry in BF2 youll like DC. The inf maps are awesome.
I havn't tried the other game modes yet, except for 1 round of CTF which was fun.
The armor map is very cool (73 eastings or something) and littlebirds are heaps of fun :p.

I always liked playing it. Give it a shot.
The map Lost Village is the sole reason why i dl'd it...brings back memories of all the fun i had on that map back in the 1942 days
