i have gotten a few lately on some IO servers i think it was with a c4 but i was on the other side of the map and i didn't see what happened...
can anyone explain and has this happened to you at all?

Ive had them in the RIBS on GT and MD.

Then again, I find more bugs and glitches in IO than normal BF2.
