I just try to have sex at least once a day, change positions often so I use all muscles.
but yeah I work out every other day, focusing on abs. Also I work on different types of weight lifting from bench pressing to lifting dumb bells and everything else in between or at least I try to work out when I can, been busy lately.
I workout my mouse finger daily.
daily. combination of endurance and strength training. i try to stay away from the weightroom, however, due to the "mirror people" and their ego.
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. I do a program called "Rippetoes", from the name of the maker, Mark Rippetoe. It's a full-body strength training workout, and if you're like me and you've never been serious about weight training then you get some good gains from your muscles being pulverized.
Workout A
3x5 Squats
3x5 Bench
3x5 Deadlift
Workout B
3x5 Squats
3x5 Military Press
3x5 Pendlay Rows (you can opt for Power Cleans)
It alternates ABA, BAB, etc.
I also try to eat a lot of food (3000 calories), but healthy stuff. Lots of protein shakes It's definitely working for me, I'm still a weakling but I'm getting stronger and a bit bigger. My diet's not optimal though, I might have to tweak it and find a way to get more food in me.

I just run every time i can, and cycle if the distance to run is too far. And i do like press ups and sit ups and pull ups and all that static crap. There is no need for weights IMO.
Yeah, who wants to be able to lift heavy things and pack a walloping punchGfinners wrote:

Weights and cardio are both good for you.
Im a trucker, only work out I do is if I have to stop for gas.
Ah yes, but i don't want to 'pack a walloping punch', and you don't need to do weights to be able to lift heavy things.Hurricane wrote:

Proper lifting develops strength It's more a personal thing I guess. I do this lifting and proper dieting stuff to test myself... I love pushing through that last rep, or knowing I've stuck to my diet plan for a good amount of time. Once I get some major results, I'll probably feel really great about that too.Gfinners wrote:

Hilarious! Sad, but true, is when I'm not working out I'm usually on my ass. But like I said, at least I am working out as any exercise > none.Ryan wrote:
I give my ass a work out by sitting on it all day.
