Well i just put 2142 in my cd drive and it wont auto run. Ive tried everything but nothings working. It only shows this.

i have no idea how to fix that. Did you edit any game data
got to microsoft website and update Direct X.
Apparently your computer can't find...an extension? No file name even.
try running bf2.exe from C:program files/ea/bf2 (or wherever you have it installed)
once upon a midnight dreary, while i pron surfed, weak and weary, over many a strange and spurious site of ' hot xxx galore'. While i clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning, and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour, " 'Tis not possible!", i muttered, " give me back my free hardcore!"..... quoth the server, 404.
