LOL That guy was pissed! But seriously, hmm, I wonder, how do you turn a computer off if it won't shutdown? Well, here you go: take away it's power source! For desktops, simply pull the plug (duh!), and for laptops, remove the battery (and AC adapter cable). Ta-da! Power off!
