There are a few things I am extremely passionate about. I love the Halos. I bleed Halo red. I loved 'em when they sucked (pretty much until Mike Scioscia became manager). I love 'em just as much now that they are a contender. Although I still think Bill Stoneman (the GM) should be replaced (by me).superfly_cox wrote:
@ken jennings: fine, i'm not gonna argue with the guy who dove into 2nd base of a playoff game. your nucking futs dude
MY PICKS:
AL Champion: NY Yankees
NL Champion: LA Dodgers
Yankees will fail again, riding another dismal postseason by arod, falling in 6 games to the Dodgers.
AL MVP: Travis Hafner
NL MVP: Pujols, who else?
AL Cy Young: Johan, who else? (I'll tell you who... Roy Halladay... )
NL Cy Young: Wow... Tough to call. I LOVE Jake Peavy (Go Padres!)... But I give Matt Cain and Chris Young a good shot at it too.
AL Rookie of the Year: Daisuke Matzusaka, Alex Gordon, B.J. Upton, Delmon Young or Elijah Dukes (D-Rays win the Series in 5 years)... Dice-K will win because he's foreign.
NL ROTY: BAH... the NL has no good rookies. They're all still one year away. I'll say Kevin Kouzmanoff here... or Homer Bailey if he gets called up soon.
My favorite team is the Blue Jays, but let's be realistic... the Yanks and Sox are too damn wealthy for the Jays to compete.
