What PCI video card would you guys recomend, also upgrading my RAM soon so what brand/type would you guys recomend for Off-the-shelf part (some thing i can buy from a shop not over the net), i am thinking about 250-300 $ AU

i got ram off new egg for 85 USD and it works well. Also i bought a NVIDIA 7600 for 200-300 USD, maybe i'm wrong, i can't remember.
