what BS is that? UAVs currently don't even fly that low during real missions!
The real UAVs are actually F-15s with a Windows XP strapped into the cockpit.

No, id say more Linux, any plane with windows could BSOD and crash after all?Aquastorm wrote:

It does not use the 5.56 NATO round, it uses the 5.7x28.kilroy0097 wrote:
Being able to see the UAV with the small possibility of shooting it down is nice. Even if you don't shoot it down you know you are being scanned and that in itself tells you that enemy are probably in the area or artillery is coming your way. So eyes to the sky for a warning.
As for the P90 it doesnt' seem to be much of a difference over the stock Anti-Tank kit weapons. You will still have a pea shooter. Will it's damage be more than a pistol since it uses tne 5.56 NATO Round? After all that's the purpose of it according to: http://world.guns.ru/smg/smg13-e.htm
I see it says Med/Low Damage and Accuracy on that one pic that shows it with the kit. I'm not getting my hopes up.
Also the British L96A1 looks interesting. http://www.snipercentral.com/l96a1.htm
it's another M24 variant in a way. Bolt Action and accurate. I guess it gives the MEC/PLA/Insurgents etc. an option to have a M24 like rifle in their hands instead of the M95. Don't know what the draw is going to be for the L96A1 as it uses the 7.62mm rifle round. It's probably not going to do anymore damage and it's not going to be any more accurate than the M24. For those already used to the M95 it's a wasted unlock probably. I think a semi-auto Sniper rifle would have been a better unlock just to give the USMC another option over the M24 or M95. As it is only Non-US Armies get a semi-auto and there are times honestly that I would rather have one over the M24 or M95.
I guess we'll see how everything plays together when it comes out.

P90 also has a laser-dot scope.dracul wrote:

The p90 otoh, is rated as medium/low.
Thats actually a decent improvement. If its rate of fire is still on par with the stock, it might be pretty freaking nasty.
If its recoil is still low, it might actually be only slightly less lethal than the dao, at much longer range.
dot scope still doesn't make it accurate!Drunkaholic wrote:

If u can manage to do it, shoot in the bottom of the tank! propably 1-2 shots will be enough to blow up the tankuber73 wrote:
AT rockets need to be more powerful, or AT class should get a point for a direct hit.
there are times when a tank needs 3-4 rockets to destroy it... after first rocket fired, smoke trail almost certainly means firer is shelled.
as for AT main weapons being rubbish?
DAO is one of the best unlocks. best shotgun in the game IMO.
The M95 is just as accuarte as the M24, you just have to account for bullet drop. I have taken our multiple snipers with my M95. In gulf of oman I took out a sniper standing on the beach, but you had to aim way above his head.ai024 wrote:
I think it's almost impossible to satisfy everyone )) As for me, I think US snipers are overpowered with M24, 'cuz the archenemy of the sniper is another sniper, and MECs/Chinese often can't get US guy, just because their rifles (including M95) sucks and very inaccurate. I 'm playing for US only, using M24 for headshots and for huntin on enemy's snipers, and when server force me to play for MEC/Chinese.... oh.. that's upsets me much.kilroy0097 wrote:

didnt you know? BF2 has super soldiers that can toss C4 packs like theyre baseballs and have eagle eyes that can see for miles UPWARD but cannot see beyond 200m into the horizon with a rifle scope on a clear day map.fdcp_elmo wrote:
though i agree it is pretty stupid a UAV will fly at an altitude of 8 to 14 km high.
(for info in BF2 you cannot fly higher than 6 km)
