Does anyone know the best way to kill a gloiath other than with RDX? Go ahead and flame me for a question like this you are just lowering your self to below scum.
shoot the panels with the pilum and then place lollermines and emp mines

Cluster your lollermines somewhere upon the Goliaths expeced path, and when it gets within close proximity toss a mine bait-nade at the goliath. Those lollermines will take off and hit all at once with full force.
Then bust out with the pilum for the grand finale.

Motion mines + mines bait @ Goliath = dead Goliath.... but it's tricky, the goliath must be close enough to the mines for the bait to attrack them...
It's a sure win if you master this trick... all the other method take a long time. 5 motion mines is enough BTW, no need to pilum it after... if you do it correctly.

Lets pretend your completely alone against a Goliath then i would say
1 Rorsch they will make it quick if you have some range at the Goliath
2 place 5 lollermines around a corner jump in your walker you just parked nearby go get the kill
3 kamikaze hachimato is pretty decent as well
then of course 2 walkers will get that goliath or a small squad with engineers. i have almost never seen any people using the Goliath as it was intended for a forward spawn point every idiot inside it just won´t get out and you loose the whole point with the mobile spawnpoint that makes me sad.

Put down 5 motion mines and then when you see a Goliath coming throw the grenade that tracks the mines in one place at the Goliath sure kill.
Ok, like many other here allready said. The Motion Mine/Bait combo is the best method of taking out the A3.
You do have to ambush the vehicle, doing it on the fly will result in failure or death.
- Drop you motion mines in a cluster together.
- Take a fair distance from the mines facing the possible route the target will be taking.
- Wait for the target to show up at the location you are to drop the Bait grenade.
- Throw the grenade at the target.
- See how the Motion Mines fly after it, creating a large explosion with the A3 in the middle of it.
