Why does the trojan seem to fly around my computer although i have selected heal file with AVG. Yesterday it was at System volume information and today it was at one of the files at C:/windows/help. I have already deleted the file and emptied recycle bin, does this get rid of the trojan?

Well, I don't use AVG, so I don't know the steps for getting rid of stuff, but if you boot into safe mode, windows will only load those things that are absolutely necessary (hopefully, none of which will be infected). The reason it keeps coming back is it is resident memory when you're trying to get rid of it, so it just re-infects another file... So, just boot into safe mode and use AVG as you normally would. If that doesn't work, it's pretty much full-reinstall time.

Does Norton 2006 remove Trojans better than AVG? Cause i have it.

If AVG in safe mode doesn't work. Then, it's worth a try. Again, ideally you need to boot into safe mode. The idea that any given virus scanner works 'better' than any other is rubbish - they're all much of a muchness but each tend to do somethings better than others. So it's worth trying all the things you've got.

Norton blows, it detects viruses but it can't remove them.

Norton will remove some viruses, some trojans, some worms, etc. AVG will remove some viruses, some trojans, some worms, etc. Nod32 will remove some viruses, some trojans, some worms, etc. McAffee will remove some viruses, some trojans, some worms, etc. etc. etc. etc. No one product removes all threats.
