Just a few days ago... surprise surprise... the Thai government blocked YouTube.
Yay.
Now it joins sites like ytmnd and ImageShack on the list of "obscene/improper/threat to national security" places on the net.
Do something, and sign the petition.
Greatly appreciated
edit:
This is the video that has caused all this commotion.
All I see, frankly, is a white square.
And through almost half an hour of searching for a proxysite that isn't blocked by the MICT, I got to the video but it didn't work. I did extract this though:

Freedom of speech is the concept of the inherent human right to voice one's opinion publicly without fear of censorship or punishment. The right is enshrined in the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and is granted formal recognition by the laws of most nations.

This video was not made to insult the king but to get attention for serious problems with Thailand laws and people who support this laws. They are brainwashed and considered by me to be the real monkeys. I know the king is not responsible for this sick "sharia-style" thai laws, and he's probably smart enough to understand that this is only a demonstration for people outside Thailand of what gives 15 years prison. In US one can insult Jesus or Bush or anybody else without punishment.
