I like getting points & ranking up but the whole point to the game, for me, is to have fun.
I joined a friend in Karkand today and found him running around in the alley behind the Hotel practicing jumps.
Since he is a lot more experienced than I am I started following him and practicing too. Then I asked him to show me a how to get onto a couple roofs I've seen him on. So for the next 5 minutes we were pretty much goofing off until we realized as MEC we only had one flag left and there were dozens of Red Dots heading straight for us! Oh noes!
So we started playing for real, capped some flags and got our team right back into it.
Bottom line, yeah I like my points but I'm starting to realize there's a lot more to this game than just scoring points.
It's having fun with your friends and acquaintances and learning new tactics/hiding spots etc.
If it was just about point whoring it would get boring pretty quick.
