EA news post regarding stats.
So it looks like no one lost their points after all.

Ok, because of the Gamespy downtime last week (you all know the mster server issue) There ended up being a HUGE queue of stat logs. There is still going to be some delay but stats should not be lost. Its just going to take some time for the back log to finish.

If you're stats do not update right away DO NOT BE ALARMED.
It can often take some time for awards/stats to update. Sometimes it can be hours or days!
Holidays and weekends often have the most people playing at one time and it takes longer than expect during these times for things to update.
Sometims all you need to do is wait a bit then join another server and get a point and everyhing will fall into place.
Unless the server you were playing on crashes or soemthing goes completely haywire at EA, your stats will show up. (I have never lost any stats or awards)
If you feel that your stats just never update then contact EA support from support.ea.com (please wait a few days to see if the points/awards show up)
Also, make sure you are playing on RANKED servers.
