I'm usually support or medic these days so I always have them on hand ready to resupply, If I do need a medic though I continue calling for it while chasing the medic around the map and I will fire off a couple of warning shots near him NOT at him, if after the warning shots they still don't respond I just think what a prick, and go off and find another medic or die trying...

*EDIT* If I can't find a medic or support, I usually try to find and kill an enemy support or medic and use their packs, then I throw extras out for team members to pick up, switch back to original kit and continue..

I have never done it and I'm not lying if I star running low on ammo then I will just pick up someone kit that has ammo in it.

I dont do it. But I agree with the principle of doing it. These dumbasses will never learn unless people teach them by killing them after they havent given up the ammo/health.

when i was a young bf2 one and just starting my bf2; if they dont' resupply me when i am low ie. one magazine left or a 30 hp, i would ask and then if they dont' give...2 pistol shots in the head and i steal. Only then do they respond and say "ZOMG NOOB tk me!" i would be like "lol". but i dont' do that any more.

I have I think twice.

Once was by accident, in frustration as I was a engineer and out of AA missiles for my Linebacker and damn near out of 25 mike mike, this dimwit Support is on foot walking around I see his ammo icon on my mini map as I call for ammo so i drive over to him. I followed that fucker past 2 flags killing ground troops as I'm spamming the "Need Ammo" call.

I finally hop out and am going to run up to his face and spam the ammo call some more guess I forgot to hit the commo rose key and just left clicked 2 rounds from my Jackhammer in his head by accident after I got done laughing while saying "Sorry" ...while still laughing... I pick up his support kit and toss bags on the ground, pick my engineer kit back up and throw some mines on his face and hop back in the Linebacker and drive over his body and over the bags to resupply while saying "Hey thanks".

The other was a short bus riding Medic who i think i knifed finally after running behind his ass with me at about 2 bars of health for a good 4 minutes. Oh yeah I did revive him after i got his kit.

Other than that no I don't.
