Hello, I keep having a problem between rounds when loading a map. My system crashes and sends me back to the desktop with no error messages. Any ideas on how to fix this? Specs to follow...

Dual AMD 2400+ MP
Tyan MB
2GB PC2100 RAM
GEForce 6800 AGP

have you tried updating your graphics card drivers....

The latest driver from Nvidia gives my system a heart attack, however the driver that BF2 supplies seems to work except for the crash.... If this is a video driver problem can anyone reccomend some custom or modified drivers perhaps?

My only idea is that your graphics card is having serious issues.  If you can't get the new drivers for your card, try reinstalling the old ones - this may clear up any problems.  Also, try bringing down your video settings - if you're all on Medium, try low.

when was the last time u defraged ur hd and ran scan disk?
