In game, if you spot an enemy, and a team mate shoots and kills him, should you get 1 point for kill assist?
yeah i have had that idea for a while but there are a few side affects from it, like spamming and stuff

Ugh... imagine all the spamming that would cause.
Enemy sniper spotted.

You'd have to turn the voices off!

1 team point would make sense.
But then it would be constant message spamming, that would be so annoying.

Oh yeah, didnt think of that. Bastards!!!
Yeah it does, but then holy crap, like everyone would get so many points from just 'Spotting Enemies'.
lol you can imagine LORD#OF#HASH top of the rankings from enemy spotted
It's bad enough with the MEC commander alone spamming, let alone the MEC players.
Besides the idea behind this involves team work, BF2 + team work = rare.

That would be cool, except on the ears. I'd love the 20-40 extra points per round lemme tell ya... but it wouldn't be practical. With one-click spotting you can spot through a scope all the time.Mason4Assassin444 wrote:

Imagine the padding: sit on rooftop or hidden in a corner/bush scoped in and spot enemies already in firefights.
enemy boat spotted
On Karkand... "Hostile Jet Spotted"

the best warriors don't take/want credit for what they accomplish. they are motivated by other reasons - their brothers.
It's a game, not real life...CoronadoSEAL wrote:

My brothers tend to run my other brothers over and shoot them in the back. I have a dysfunctional family.CoronadoSEAL wrote:

spot paddorz
If you spotted an enemy and he was taken out by somebody on your team you helped your team. The other team just lost 1 ticket. If you keep doing that when it matters your team wins and you get a +1 in the WON rounds for that map.
Isnt that what the commander gets in BF 2142?Mason4Assassin444 wrote:
