Looks great, although personally, you may as well save and get 800Mhz RAM instead, but that is just me

If I'm not mistaken, the P series cases from antec have no side fans.  In that case, I'd get a zalman cnps because it blows out the back fan, with the heatsink you have, you'll potentially be blowing hot air into your case, never a good idea.

And what Ram do you have now? with DDR3 coming out it might be worth it just to wait.  I have the 680i/E6600 combo and I love it.

good call on the fan direction...i chose the thermaltake because it installs via screws: i cant stand those damn push-in thinggies...ill look around for one that blows sideways.

i currently have 4x512MB DDR2 667 ram...but im not gonna get DDR3. the first generation of everything these days is buggy as hell, and i think ill be able to last another 1.5-2years on the memory above...

I just got almost the exact same thing except for the hard drive and video card.  I got an 8800GTS with Vista Ultimate and I love my new computer.  Games look so different with graphics on max with 4x AA.  I recommend you get a DX10 card so you dont have to upgrade later.
