Ok, title says most of it. I over-over clocked the ram, I've been pushing my computer a little bit lately, and i've finally done it. I heard before that all you have due is move a chip on your mobo in order to reset your clock speeds.

All my computer does right now is beep, it doesn't start up.

PLEASE HELP!!!

Resetting your clock speeds is irrelevant if you burned out your memory or motherboard or anything else.

You're not necessarily fucked. Its likely all you need to do is reset your CMOS back to default. This is done by moving a jumper(the "chip" you refer to). What is the make and model of your motherboard?

I just read about a month ago that all you had to do was just move a pin and it reset your settings, nothing got burned out, it just won't start. It's temp was at around 40 degrees.

I'd highly recommend you thoroughly test your ram with memtest86.

Good to hear it worked out for you.

How much of an overclock were you going for? You may need to loosen your memory timings or raise the voltage a notch. As Scorpion mentioned, run Memtest to check for stability.
