Today when I fired up WMP a few songs didn't work for me, so I removed them from the playlist intending to put them back in.

When I went to put them back, they wouldn't drag from the folder to the playlist like they used to.

I tried it with some other music and it dragged over fine, as the other ones should've.

So whats up with my music? Can music actually die?

What happens if you go to the actual MP3 files in Explorer and then double click (to launch and play) them?

I tried again and got;

WMP can not play files with this extension (.)

Try deleting the problem files and downloading them again. It sounds like the files have become corrupted.
