Well i have unlocked this weapon. at first i was nto too fond of it but then i started playing strike at karkand and tit is a beauty in the close quaters of the hotel spawn. I guess it is a found love.. any one else love this weapon

g36e by far - it seems to be the only weapon that kills me these days, its accuracy is way to high, well higher than the others anyway

The L85 is a deadly accurate gun if you know how to use it. Sometime it can be better than the G36E for some good accurate shots and it has a small recoil

Yeah, uh, if you haven't noticed...
The G36E is a G36C with a burst. It is the exact same weapon as the stock USMC medic gun.
Its a good weapon for MEC or PLA if you want to fight at long range. But at close range, the AKs dominate over this thing, hands down.
The L85A1 on the other hand is a piece of garbage. It is too weak and has too much recoil to be a sniper, and it is crap at close range because of its slow rate of fire and recoil. Only unlock this to get the G36E if you want it.
Yeah, the DOA is a great upgrade for the Anti-Tank. Just try to be accurate because the reload takes about 10 seconds - ouch.

A rule of thumb is full auto up close, singel-shot at range. Ya just gotta control your shots... this is not the weapon for you if spam is something you rely on.

very very true with teh reload but i mean how much better could u get by taken out 3 guys with a dao a pistol and a knife? thats crazy lol and i have a date with mine tonight too
I like it also i really wanted to unlock it because the mp5 was very crappy although i did do pretty well with it but once i unlocked the DAO12 and used it i found it worse then the mp5 and kept getting killed so i never used it again.
But then a little wile after i tried it for a few rounds and then i realized thats its pretty good and alot better then the mp5 this was along time ago though.
In close quarters i can usually take out any one but the thing that sucks is it takes alot of shells and if you wanna attack some one else you either run out of shells or are reloading lol but its not bad useless for long range obviously.
Now that i have expert anti tank badge i dont use anti tank any more i use assault now.

any one else remember / notice that this is the same weapon that was as in Resident Evil 4 (although it held alot of rounds it was really inaccurate and hardly ever got head shots compared to the standard or riot shotgun)

The amount of unlocks that you obtain is dependent upon your rank at the time of installation. I think I was a Master Sgt at the time (whatever the rank is between 5k and 8k points) and I got 3 unlocks.
