I noticed a huge change in Buenos Aires.  Today f.i. we have 32ยบ in late April!!!!!  This is too hot.  Besides, it's rainning too often, and when I say rainning I mean it.  The rains now are tropical style, like the ones you can find in Costa Rica.  We have no winter.  I wonder if the guys in Sydney (we are in similar latitudes) noticed the same things.
You are experiencing the exact opposite of us (we get no rain. Last year we went two months without a drop), but that's because of El Nino - lots of rain for you, none for us.
